In particular, it is proposed to adopt the resolution to celebrate 100th birth anniversary of Viktor Ivchenko (Reg. No. 11143).
The Committee recommends also adopting the resolution on the 75th anniversary of the Great Terror and commemoration of its victims (Reg. No. 11172).
The document stipulates:
research of political repressions against Ukrainins; holding all-Ukrainian and international conferences, seminars, round table discussions;
installment of memorable signs in burial places of victims of the mass political repressions of 1937-1938;
participation of the Ukrainian delegation in Memory Days of victims of political repressions that are to be held in Solovetsky Islands and Sandarmokh area (Russian Federation) in August 2013;
construction of the Memorial to victims of totalitarian repressions on the territory of the National Historical and Memorial Reserve "Bykivnianski Mohyly".
The government is recommended to establish organization committees; the State Committee for TV and Radio Broadcasting is recommended to organize broadcasting of thematic TV and radio programs, etc.
